HomeLife Carers has its First Unannounced Inspection by the Commission for Social Care Inspection - A Full Marks Conclusion
During April 2007, we experienced our first unannounced inspection by the Commission for Social care Inspection (CSCI). This involves a thorough investigation into the company's activities including interviews with both Clients and Staff to evaluate the quality of service HomeLife Carers provides to the local community.
We are proud to announce that the outcome of the inspection resulted in HomeLife Carers being awarded the highest grade possible for a first inspection. Listed below are a number of quotes taken from CSCI's full report:
"Positive comments were received from all service users visited about the continuity of care, punctuality and high standard of care offered by this agency"
"In discussion, all service users who were visited, or their families, confirmed that the Carer treated them with respect and dignity"
"All [Service Users] were emphatic that they had no complaints and in some instances compared the standard of care offered by this service favourably in comparison to that received from other agencies"
"One service user showed a copy of the timesheet which she completes each week which confirms that the agency has offered the service it should, at the time it should. She was very satisfied with the service offered, both in terms of punctuality and the standard of care received"

Quality Assurance Plan - HomeLife Carers Rated "A High Quality Service"
As part of our ongoing Quality Assurance Plan, we regularly carry out client satisfaction surveys to monitor our services and to ensure that all our clients are more than satisfied with the service they are receiving.
Having recently carried out a survey, our results unanimously indicated that our existing clients rated us "A high quality service". At HomeLife Carers this is something we are immensely proud of and which we are continuously striving to maintain, ensuring that all our clients are receiving the best possible care at all times - something we believe all people receiving care in their own home rightfully deserve.
