At HomeLife Carers we understand that your Care Worker is someone with whom you will need to forge a close but professional relationship, and as it is our policy to provide you with a consistent service, with continuity of Care Worker. We take great care to hand-pick a member of staff with whom you will feel completely happy.

All Care Workers are recruited and trained in-house, and are required to complete a Criminal Record Bureau check. If not already held, Care Workers are required to enrol for, and achieve, a recognised qualification in Care.
